Angel Lei is an Associate at Alpha Real Estate Advisors, where she specializes in investment analysis, market research, and strategic advisory across a range of commercial real estate assets. Based in Los Angeles, Angel brings a strong foundation in acquisitions, asset management, and financial modeling, with transaction experience spanning multifamily, mixed-use, and retail properties.
Prior to joining Alpha, Angel gained hands-on deal experience through internships at Stanford Real Estate, PartnersCRE, and Vanguard Investment Group, where she supported underwriting, due diligence, and portfolio strategy on both institutional and private capital transactions.
Angel holds a degree in Economics and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College. She is passionate about identifying emerging market trends, uncovering value creation opportunities, and navigating complex transactions. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, and staying active.
