Pat Weibel joined Alpha Real Estate's team in 2026 as Executive Vice President. With nearly 22 years of real estate experience, he focuses on the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant retail properties with an emphasis on the Western U.S. He has more than $5.5 billion of capital markets transaction experience over the course of his career, including acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent debt, and equity recapitalizations. Notable transactions include over $1B of high street retail in gateway and affluent resort markets (Aspen, Beverly Hills, Chicago, Manhattan, Miami, etc.) and the sale of over $380M in Tesla net leased assets across the nation. Most recently, Pat was a Senior Vice President at a large national brokerage where he focused on retail investment sales. Prior, he was Executive Vice President at Pacific Star Capital where his team focused on ground-up developments for national tenants such as Whole Foods, and retail oriented mixed use developments featuring Target, and other national retailers. Pat was also a Senior Director at Thor Equities, where he opened the company’s Chicago office, where they became among the most prominent developers of the Fulton Market district.
