Steve Kalyk is the Partner & Managing Director of Alpha Real Estate Advisors and is responsible for spearheading the company’s nationwide growth beyond their current four offices. Steve enjoys  also finding growth opportunities for his clients through working on tenant rep, landlord rep, development and value add acquisitions for developers and investors.

Steve’s success is attributed to his strategic approach, exceptional market knowledge derived from data and experience, and ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Steve is an active sports enthusiast who enjoys staying active, playing sports, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends. Together with his wife, he shares a passion for travel, cultural exploration, and meeting new people.
